Michael dreamed of working at the family business since he was five. He triple-majored in Accounting, Finance, and Theology at Marquette before going on to Major Seminary at St. Francis de Sales to discern a call toward the priesthood where he completed studies for a Philosophy major. After discerning out he served the in the Chancery’s Office of Finance under Bishop Morlino who instituted him as a Lector and Acolyte to continue assisting the Church at large. Morlino married Michael and his bride Elizabeth at the Basilica of Holy Hill in 2017 and they’ve been blessed with many children.

Since joining the family business in 2018 Michael completed his Series 7, Series 66, CFP®, Life & Health license, has been invested in Legatus and the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre, founded a non-profit for the rebuilding of Christendom, and has forged new relationships with mission aligned, business leaders and ultra-high net worth clientele, leading Senglaub Financial Group into its next chapter.
