How We Think About AI

AI, like any tool, must never serve as a replacement for the human being whose task it is to properly steward all things, ensuring precision, excellence, and that intrapersonal care and consideration is taken every step along the way. Tools are supplemental, but ontologically detrimental when they sacrifice beauty or human dignity for industrious ends.
With this understanding, we utilize AI in data analytics, internal workflows, and other computational tasks, but not to advise, decide, or produce anything that hasn’t been reviewed and evaluated by one of our team members. The final decision rests with us, and we are accountable for it.
We hold AI-assisted workflows to the same information security and confidentiality standards as everything else we do. Client information is handled with the same care regardless of what tools are involved.
